  • Allows user to raise issues in the organisation
  • User will be able to create new issues
  • An issue can be for any department but this phasse will only concentrate on Infra
  • Issue will be automatically mapped to infra team
  • the ticket assignee will be able to comment on the issue, change status
  • A user can re open the ticket if required
  • A ticket will maintain all the history of actions that takes place
  • A user can view all of tickets and sort and filter
  • A ticket assignee can see all the tickets assigned to it
