My Issues¶
Functionalities¶
- Allows user to raise issues in the organisation
- User will be able to create new issues
- An issue can be for any department but this phasse will only concentrate on Infra
- Issue will be automatically mapped to infra team
- the ticket assignee will be able to comment on the issue, change status
- A user can re open the ticket if required
- A ticket will maintain all the history of actions that takes place
- A user can view all of tickets and sort and filter
- A ticket assignee can see all the tickets assigned to it
